CardLinx Asia Forum – Digital Loyalty: The Next Frontier

December, 2018 – Tokyo, Japan

Digital commerce and online-to-offline (O2O) commerce are evolving at great speed in Asia where consumers are highly connected and engaged with digital media from chat apps to traditional social media apps.

The next frontier in the Asia O2O ecosystem is digital loyalty, where big data, personalization, cloud computing and artificial intelligence converge to offer consumers loyalty benefits and experiential purchasing opportunities agnostic of channel: online, mobile, social media or in-store. At this CardLinx Forum, hear leading innovators on how they are developing digital loyalty platforms to drive new and incremental sales, increase brand awareness and differentiate in a crowded marketplace.
