The CardLinx Forum is a non-profit association organized for the purpose of promoting the card-linked offers industry by developing interoperability standards, providing member education services and establishing a forum for industry collaboration. The CardLinx Forum elects its Advisory Board from among its members and is governed according to ByLaws. The CardLinx Forum has also adopted an Intellectual Property Rights Policy.
